Wally's is probably my favorite "snow piled on sidewalk" example, because the snow gets mounded on the pointy corner, usually blocking everything. If you want to cross Northwest Highway, you pretty much have to walk in traffic. Try that at rush hour. Try climbing that mountain after a thaw/freeze, you're likely to find yourself sliding into the street. (It's happened to me.) I mentioned this specifically to Public Works and a police officer. Many days later: nothing done.
