I feel a little silly including this photo, because there's so little snow left. But even so, shortly after taking this I saw a young, fit woman having a very slow and difficult time finding footing in it. About a week before this I walked from here to Oakton and Northwest Hwy, using the "sidewalks," and it was hell. Had to give up and walk the road, as usual. Okay, so we know that neither businesses nor residences are required to clear the sidewalk. And I assume that street plowers aren't supposed to clean up any snow ridges they push onto the sidewalk, when the sidewalk is right next to the road. So I guess that means that your kids, old ladies carrying groceries, etc.. are supposed to walk down major streets, along with the cars and trucks, right? Right?
