I was in the South Park area the evening of February 28, so I thought I'd look around. I've forgotten what intersection this is. I found it interesting that the situation in the South Park area wasn't as bad as expected. Part of this I chalk up to the businesses there being less likely to have driveways to plow, but I don't think that explains everything; Even the residential streets seemed to be much better shoveled, for long stretches, as if the city were doing it. I think I walked all the way from Devon to Higgins down Cumberland without trouble. True, it was late in the season, but that simply wouldn't have been possible in my part of town.
