I have a picture of this section, which is in front of a City of Park Ridge yard, on the snow page. This picture here is included because of the sparse twigs you can see against the sky. I've been poked in the eye a few times by them in the past, though never severely. If the past is any guide, the city won't trim the vines very often once they start growing again, and there will be blockage. This year we'll see. And I'll report.
